On December 11th the Reserves are at home to Newton Villa (West Sussex Premier League) in the 4th round of the Sussex Intermediate Cup
The "reward" for victory is an away draw in the Quarter Final to Eastbourne Borough (Suburban League), provided that Borough beat Saltdean United at home on December 18th

I guess no one has played any of these ties......it's a good carrot to have, the Borough Ressies in the 1/4 final if 'we' each win our earlier games......that would also be a good test of our reserve team.....top of the table and with lots of talent at its disposal, as Athenian has advised......Sussex County Reserve League against Suburban League......a match-up to savour.....and loads of bragging rights too, I guess?

Newton Villa failed to raise a team on the scheduled date of December 11th, and Town were awarded a walk-over
The Borough tie is still outstanding, and the quarter final date for the winners is scheduled for 22nd January

Wow, on paper it would seem the likely favourite for this Cup Competition would come from our part of the draw? I think Three Bridges have always had a strong reserve section......?? Mr Athenian, remind me when the TB vs EG game is being played........and thanks for the info......

Three Bridges play East Grinstead this coming Saturday (29th January)
Semi Finals are provisionally 26th February; I believe on neutral grounds

East Grinstead reserves beat Three Bridges reserves 2-1 yesterday, so qualify to meet Town in the semi-final

The match between Town and East Grinstead is due to be played on 5th March. East Grinstead think that they are at home; but I remember that when Town reached the semi-final against Bosham 2 years ago, the match took place at a neutral ground (Ringmer)
Does anyone have the correct gen on this?
