I am sad to see Ady go. Things have not gone right this season, but I felt that Town have not had the rub of the green big time. No way was it Ady's fault - he worked hard to solve problems and bring in new players in an attempt to improve the mix
I felt that the bad luck (and adverse refereeing decisions) led to frustration developing amongst a very committed team during matches. This, in turn, perhaps, caused a bit of a breakdown in discipline, and we saw more penalties and red cards than we are used to; which made a hard job a lot harder. No fault to Ady
The past 5 years have been a bit of a roller coaster; until this year ever upward, but with good days and bad days. Some of the good days have been brilliant; some of the bad days have been shocking; and I have enjoyed it all immensely. Thank you for that, Ady
I'm sure we will see Ady back in football - he is too good to be lost to the game. Good luck whever you go, Ady
Keep you heads up lads against Burgess Hill tonight (if the rain ever stops!)

Athenian i agree with your sentiments entirely .I have become good friends with Ady during his time at the club , he has always been very professional in his approach to matches and in training with the team .Its a shame but that is football ,im sure Ady will get another job in football somewhere and do another good job as he has done at the Town .Im sad to see him leave as i still believe he couldve turned it around ,but i think after the mauling on boxing day he had seen enough .No blame could be laid at his door , it was his decision to resign ,but we move onwards and upwards ,now lets see what the next manager can do when he is appointed .Thanks ady .

I would like to say that Ady Colwell has done a brilliant job at Eastbourne Town and I want to wish him well for the future...... I hear another Manager has already been found??? With not much money how can he scave of relegation? or have the Saudi's stepped in? I hope to see Ady back in action before long because he is one of te best managers this town has seen in a while.
