It must have been one helluva game. Once again we were caught cold going 2-0 down in 6 minutes and 3-0 down in less than 20. Billy Medlock pulled one back to make it 3-1 at half time. With time running out Tyrone Berry and Yinka Salami scored to bring the scores level. In what must have been a frenetic finish Aaron Watson got what looked like the winner on 87 minutes only for Andy Mensah to be sent off and Redhill to finally secure an equaliser. Letting the two points slip looks rather costly considering the other results. Horsham (next Saturdays visitors) slammed 6 past Guernsey and Peacehaven (Boxing days opponents) also managed to put 6 past Worthing. Corinthian Casuals drew and Three Bridges won. What is very worrying is the number of red and yellow cards that our team are picking up with monotonous regularity. Suspensions will come along and it appears we will be extremely short of Ryman standard players. We have showed, by our league position, that it is difficult enough to win with everyone available. Instead of being ashamed at letting their manager and team-mates down by either leaving them to finish a match with only ten players, or being suspended, they seem to look on upsetting referees as a badge of honour.
